1 cup macadamia nuts
1 cup almonds 
1 cup hazelnuts 
1 cup cashews 
2 cups shredded unsweetened coconut 
1/2 cup roasted pumpkin seeds 
1 1/2 cup dried unsweetened cherries 
1 1/2 tablespoons MCT oil 
2 teaspoons cinnamon 
1 tablespoon fresh grated turmeric root 
1 tablespoon fresh grated ginger root 
fresh zested lemon peel 
1/2 teaspoon cayenne pepper  
2 teaspoons Himalayan sea salt
Mix well in large bowl then place in large roasting pan at 325 for 30 minutes. keep in sealed tupperwear or ziplock bags for up to 3 weeks. enjoy!
